Hello Everyone,
As 2018 draws to a close, it seems a good time for reflection - to evaluate the path taken and measure accomplishment. Our annual Awards and Scholarship party this month is the perfect time for that. This is when we honor kids who have had special athletic and academic accomplishments during the year and college kids receive academic scholarships presented by many of our generous donors.
The six young adults on the left below are Exceeding Expectations college graduates. The others to the right are EE college students heading towards graduation. Each is the first in his or her family to attend college.
Offering their congratulations is a room full of younger kids, who are preparing to follow in the footsteps of their older team mates, and parents who have new-found hope of a better life for their kids.
These accomplishments are the result of your support. The EE kids would not have this opportunity for an education nor be progressing as they are without you and your generosity. I speak on behalf of everyone in Exceeding Expectations when I say, Thank you very much!
